Occupational Therapist - Bilingual Spanish (Virtual)

About the role
TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a bilingual Spanish Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide virtual services to students across California. In this role, you’ll support students from Preschool through Grade 12, helping them develop the functional and motor skills needed to succeed in school, all within a fully virtual environment.
Please note: While we do not currently have active bilingual OT openings in this region, we anticipate new opportunities becoming available in the coming weeks.
What you'll do
- Deliver engaging virtual occupational therapy sessions using TinyEYE’s custom-built platform
- Evaluate student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress reports and documentation
- Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to support student development
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
What we're looking for
- Required: Active California OT license
- Required: CA NPA clearances (TinyEYE will assist with this process)
- Required: Fluency in Spanish (oral and written)
- Preferred: Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
