About the role
As a Speech-Language Pathologist with TinyEYE, you'll be part of a team that delivers therapy to school aged children. You'll work with students, educators, and families to address speech and language challenges, helping students reach their full potential. This is an on-site position in New Castle, Delaware.

What you'll do
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support growth
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
What we're looking for
- Required: Delaware State License
- Preferred: ASHA membership or national equivalent.
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric clients is a plus.
