TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Counselor (SC) to join our mission-driven team. In this part-time, on-site role, you’ll support elementary age students, helping them build confidence, resilience, and strategies for success.

Position Details:

Start Date: August 10, 2026
End Date: May 28, 2027
Hours per week: 10
Grades: Elementary
Setting: On-site in Hayward, California

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling sessions that support academic, social, and emotional growth
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster positive learning environments
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and ethical guidelines

Qualifications:

Required: Active California certification as a school counselor
Strong communication, advocacy, and collaboration skills
Comfort and proficiency using virtual platforms for service delivery
Commitment to student success and well-being
