TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Counselor (SC) to join our mission-driven team. In this Trole, you’ll support students from pre-school through high school, helping them build confidence, resilience, and strategies for success.

Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions that support academic, social, and emotional growth
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster positive learning environments
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and ethical guidelines
Qualifications:
- Required: Active Alberta certification/licensure as a School Counselor
- Preferred: Experience working with elementary through high school students
- Strong communication, advocacy, and collaboration skills
- Comfort and proficiency using virtual platforms for service delivery
- Commitment to student success and well-being
