About the role
TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students across Nevada in a fully remote, school-based setting. This role focuses on delivering individualized instruction, supporting IEP implementation, and collaborating with school teams to ensure students with diverse learning needs receive appropriate and meaningful educational support.

What you'll do
- Deliver virtual special education instruction aligned with IEP goals
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Track student progress and maintain compliant documentation
- Support students’ academic, behavioral, and functional skill development in a virtual setting
What we're looking for
- Required: Active Indiana Special Education License
- Preferred: Experience in a school-based special education setting
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and special education compliance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
- Commitment to supporting inclusive and student-centered learning
