Description:
As a Speech Therapist at TinyEYE, you'll collaborate with a team to provide speech therapy to children ranging from Preschool to Grade 12. You'll partner with students, educators, and families to tackle speech and language challenges, helping students achieve their full potential.
Overview:
- Age Group: Elementary
- Target Start Date: November 11, 2025 to mid-February
- Target End Date: Mid-February
- Schedule: 4 days per week, preferably Monday to Thursday
- Caseload: Approximately 60 students, with services ranging from consults to 90 minutes per month. Screenings and evaluations would also be included as needed.
- Hours per week: 30
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions using our custom-built platform.
- Caseload management, attend and contribute to IEP meetings, creating treatment plans and reports.
- Collaborate with teachers and e-helpers to ensure effective therapy sessions.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Required: IN State License + DOE
- Preferred: ASHA membership or national equivalent.
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric clients is a plus.
