About the role
TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students across Indiana in a fully remote, school-based setting. This role focuses on delivering individualized instruction, supporting IEP implementation, and collaborating with school teams to ensure students with diverse learning needs receive appropriate and meaningful educational support.

- Start date: ASAP
- Part-time position assisting with IEPs
What you'll do
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and multidisciplinary team discussion.
What we're looking for
- Required: Active Kansas Special Education License
- Preferred: Experience in a school-based special education setting
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and special education compliance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
- Commitment to supporting inclusive and student-centered learning
