School Counselor

Position Highlights:  

As a School Counsellor, you’ll deliver virtual counselling services to Montana students from all through TinyEYE’s intuitive online platform. 

• Target Start Date: August 20, 2025
• Target End Date: May 20, 2026
• Age Range: Middle to high school
• Estimated Total Hours per Week (Direct + Indirect): 36.5
• School Availability: Monday to Friday. Fridays end 1 hour earlier - 2:30 instead of 3:30pm MST.

• Provide virtual individual and/or group counseling sessions to students, focusing on emotional, social, academic, and behavioral support.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student well-being and academic success.
• Participate in virtual IEP, 504, and student support meetings, contributing insight and recommendations as required.
• Monitor student progress and maintain timely, accurate documentation, including session notes and reports.

• Required: Montana Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) / state + Montana Class 6 Specialist / educator license
• A passion for working with children and delivering exceptional virtual care.
