As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) with TinyEYE, you’ll bring meaningful support to school-aged children across California through fully virtual counseling. NOTE: This position has the option for part-time or full-time work.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and/or group virtual counseling sessions using our secure, custom-built teletherapy platform.
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to create supportive environments for students.
Participate in IEP and other multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to treatment goals and progress reports.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines.

Qualifications:

Required: Active California LCSW license in good standing.
Experience providing counseling services to children or adolescents (school-based experience preferred).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable with technology and virtual service delivery.
