Occupational Therapist (On-site)

TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Palo Alto, California. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting students across multiple age groups: Pre-school, Elementary, Middle, Junior High, High School, and Adult.

As part of our mission-driven team, you’ll work directly with students, educators, and families to foster independence, support learning, and help every individual thrive.

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across various ages and needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to create supportive learning environments
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
• Deliver therapy on-site in school-based settings

• Required: Licensed Occupational Therapist in California
• Experience with school-aged populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for empowering students to succeed
