Bilingual School Counselor (Virtual)

TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Counselor (SC) to join our mission-driven team. In this full-time role, you’ll support students from elementary through high school, helping them build confidence, resilience, and strategies for success. 

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: May 22
• Grades: Elementary – High School
• Setting: Virtual 
• Language: Bilingual - English & Spanish

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions that support academic, social, and emotional growth
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster positive learning environments
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and ethical guidelines

• Active Pennsylvania certification/licensure as a School Counselor and Student Success license 
• Preferred: Experience working with elementary through high school students
• Strong communication, advocacy, and collaboration skills
• Comfort and proficiency using virtual platforms for service delivery
• Commitment to student success and well-being
