TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Counselor (SC) to join our mission-driven team. In this full-time role, you’ll support students from elementary through high school, helping them build confidence, resilience, and strategies for success.
Position Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: May 22
- Grades: Elementary – High School
- Setting: Virtual
- Language: Bilingual - English & Spanish
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions that support academic, social, and emotional growth
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster positive learning environments
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and ethical guidelines
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania certification/licensure as a School Counselor and Student Success license
- Preferred: Experience working with elementary through high school students
- Strong communication, advocacy, and collaboration skills
- Comfort and proficiency using virtual platforms for service delivery
- Commitment to student success and well-being
