About the role
TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Counselor (SC) to join our mission-driven team. In this part-time, hybrid role, you’ll support students from elementary through high school, helping them build confidence, resilience, and strategies for success.
Position Details:
- Start Date: August 3, 2026
- End Date: May 28, 2027
- Hours per week: 16
- Grades: Elementary – High School
- Setting: On-site or hybrid in Alamo
What you'll do
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions that support academic, social, and emotional growth
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster positive learning environments
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and ethical guidelines
What we're looking for
- Active New Mexico certification/licensure as a School Counselor and Student Success license
- Preferred: Experience working with elementary through high school students
- Strong communication, advocacy, and collaboration skills
- Comfort and proficiency using virtual platforms for service delivery
- Commitment to student success and well-being
