Licensed Clinical Social Worker (On-Site)

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with TinyEYE Therapy Services, you’ll bring meaningful support to school-aged children through compassionate, school-based counseling. This full-time, hybrid or in-person role in Española, NM offers an opportunity to work closely with students, families, and school teams to foster emotional well-being, social growth, and academic success.

Details:
• Location: Española, NM (Hybrid or On-Site)
• Age Range: High School
• Hours per week: 37.5

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students in school-based settings.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to create supportive, inclusive environments for student growth.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to treatment planning and progress reports.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines.

• Required: Active New Mexico LCSW license in good standing.
• Experience providing counseling services to children or adolescents (school-based experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to supporting student well-being and success.
