The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted numerous challenges, particularly in low-income communities, where food insecurity has become a pressing issue. The research article "Food Security Challenges and Resilience during the COVID-19 Pandemic: Corner Store Communities in Washington, D.C." provides valuable insights into how these communities have coped and developed resilience during these trying times. As practitioners, understanding these dynamics can enhance our ability to support and empower the communities we serve.
