Why Compliance Matters
Ensuring compliance with licensing requirements is not just about adhering to state regulations; it's about maintaining a high standard of care for the students we serve. Continuing education is a vital component of professional development, allowing SLPs and SLAs to stay current with the latest practices and technologies in speech therapy.
In my role, I prioritize networking and attending conferences to stay informed about industry changes and innovations. This knowledge trickles down to our therapists, enhancing the quality of service we provide. By ensuring that our therapists are licensed and compliant, we demonstrate our commitment to excellence and legal compliance.
