  • SLPs are required to complete 30 hours of continuing education.
  • SLAs must complete 12 hours of continuing education.
  • These hours are to be entered as line items in the continuing education section of your online renewal form. There's no need to upload certificates of completion.
• Response to Questions:
  • Carefully read and respond to all questions on the renewal form.
  • If you answer "Yes" to any questions from #1 to #10, a detailed explanation must be uploaded.
• Licensing Fees:
  • The fee for SLPs is $110.00.
  • The fee for SLAs is $55.00.
