The Essential Checklist for All Applicants

- Application Fee: Refer to 22 TAC 885.1 for specific fee amounts.
- Proof of Completion of Texas Jurisprudence Exam for Social Workers: This must be uploaded as an attachment.
- Official ASWB Score Report: Required for BSW, MSW, or CSW exams and sent electronically by ASWB.
- Official Transcript: Must show conferral of degree and be sent directly by your university.
