Hi Everyone,

This time of year invites self-reflection and renewed focus. In the spirit of growing forward in 2010, I connected individually with several colleagues today to listen and share. One of my valued team members talked with me about what the TinyEYE spirit has meant to her and to her service. Another therapist shared how it is her who feels special when providing online therapy because her students seem so excited to see her on “TinyEYE Day”. Finally, a Director of Special Education contacted me to offer thanks for the special care packages we sent to her schools to celebrate our students during the holiday season.

As replenishing as it is to hear positive feedback, our team is consistently on a mission to further enhance the TinyEYE Experience. Today, I found a motivating video that was inspired by Barbara and Johnny (photo). Barbara coaches businesses on service excellence, while Johnny applied Barbara’s lessons to make a tremendous difference. The message shows how intentional thoughtfulness increases service satisfaction.
