Perhaps the most impactful change has been the increase in my self-worth, and esteem. For the first time in my decade career, I have found a company that recognizes I have more to bring to the table than just my degree. Supervisors and colleagues make an effort to get to know me, and incorporate other talents and interests that I possess in order to contribute in a variety of ways to TinyEYE and the schools and students we serve. The support, praise and recognition has been life-altering, and pushes me to be better in both my personal life, and in providing services to my schools and students. TinyEYE has made my life better in so many ways, (too many to list) and I am a better person because of it. I will be forever grateful.

TinyEYE Therapy Services provides an immense support system with leaders who strive to promote joy in their therapists!
